Our story
We are a locally owned East Tennessee business serving Sevier and Knox County, Tennessee. We grew up here, we raise our kids here, and we built Clean Otter because we kept hearing the same story from friends and neighbors: the big franchises were impersonal, the independent cleaners were hard to schedule, and nobody felt like they really had a reliable option.
